Suremaid Care Solutions is recruiting compassionate and reliable Live-in Carer to support adults with complex mental health needs in residential, supported living, and community-based settings across our service areas.

Your Role as a Live-in Carer:
- Supporting adults with mental health conditions in residential and community settings
- Encouraging independence with daily living tasks
- Assisting with personal care (prompting and support where required)
- Supporting service users with hobbies, activities, and social engagement
- Building positive, professional relationships with individuals who have varying needs and abilities
- Promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing at all times
Requirements:
- Aged 18 or over
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a healthcare or support setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with vulnerable adults
